This Privacy Policy explains how, at Nordex Immigration, we are dedicated to protecting personal information provided to us by our clients.

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information provided to or collected by Nordex Immigration by an identifiable individual. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information about other companies or other legal entities.

Our obligations as regulated immigration consultants are governed by the Code of Professional Conduct that came into force on June 10, 2022, which imposes duties and obligations regarding the confidentiality of information provided to Nordex Immigration by its clients.  We require all professionals, staff, other employees, contractors and agents who provide services in connection with our delivery of immigration and citizenship services to our clients to comply with these obligations.

What Personal Information we collect

We may collect Personal Information:

1.for the purpose of determining whether Nordex Immigration will enter into a professional relationship with a potential client;

2.in the course of a professional relationship; or

3.when we otherwise collect Personal Information.

The Personal Information we collect includes, but is not limited to the following:

  3. your family information;
  4. your education and employment information;
  5. information to determine your admissibility for immigration/citizenship purposes;
  6. your payment information;
  7. whether you subscribed to, or unsubscribed from, our mailing lists; and
  8. any other Personal Information that you voluntary disclose to us.

We hold this information in strict confidence and do not reveal it to anyone unless expressly or implicitly authorized by the person concerned or where permitted or required by applicable law.

How we use or disclose Personal Information

We use or disclose Personal Information for the purpose of:

  1. provision of immigration and/or citizenship services in accordance with the retainer signed by the client;
  2. internal record keeping;
  3. answering your questions, and/or providing you with information or materials you have asked to receive;
  4. marketing research;
  5. marketing our immigration and/or citizenship services to you by email or other  means if you have subscribed to your mailing lists;
  6. any purpose which is permitted or required by applicable law; and
  7. to carry out any other purpose which is disclosed to you and to which you consent.

Nordex Immigration allows certain authorized third party providers to track and store certain information about visitors to our websites (included domain names, IP addresses, and page views as described below).

Our websites and cookies

In general, you can use our Website without giving us any Personal Information. If you are an anonymous visitor, we may still record certain information for analytical and marketing purposes.

Amendment of our practices and this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is in effect as of February 12, 2023. Nordex Immigration will from time to time review and revise its privacy practices and this Privacy Policy. In the event of any amendment, a notice will be posted on our website.

Your continued access to and/or use of our Website or provision of Personal Information to use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to this Privacy Policy, as revised. Please periodically review this Privacy Policy so that you know what Personal Information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we may share it.
