Nordex Immigration Inc. is a Canadian immigration consultancy based in Mississauga, Ontario, founded and owned by Nadejda Romanova.

Nadejda is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB, Licence No. R710963) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Her RCIC-IRB licence authorizes her to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).

Nadejda is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian legal field, working with leading law firms and corporate legal departments, and has served multiple terms on committees of professional associations in the Canadian legal community. That experience shapes how she approaches every file: careful preparation, attention to detail, and clear written submissions.

Nadejda completed the Immigration Consultant program at Humber College before becoming licensed as an RCIC-IRB. She also holds a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from York University and a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College.

Nadejda provides services in English and Russian, in person in Mississauga or online.
